Frequently asked
The seven questions we are asked most
If yours is not here, write to us: an engineer will answer, and we may well add the answer to this page.
Allow ten working days between signature and go-live for standard managed hosting, and three to six weeks for a bespoke architecture involving specific hardware. We give you a dated schedule before we start, and we keep to it.
You leave. Reversibility is in the contract: we hand you a complete, documented and usable export within five working days of your request. No exit fee, no lock-in clause, no negotiation. We take the view that a client held by force is a client lost twice.
Managed hosting is taken monthly, with thirty days’ notice. Dedicated servers carry a twelve-month term, because we buy hardware for you. Managed operations follow the term of the service they support.
An engineer from our team, in France, cleared on your platform. On-call cover is handled in house: we do not subcontract it. The median time to a first human reply is under thirty minutes, public holidays included.
In our private suites in Lyon and Paris for production, and in Bordeaux for archives. All three sites are in France. Monitoring, backups and administrative logs do not leave the country, and none of our services is subcontracted outside the European Union.
That is the most common arrangement. Your lead engineer becomes your agency’s technical counterpart, with named access and a scope agreed with you. We never set out to replace your suppliers: we hold the infrastructure underneath them.
Because you are not buying a machine, but engineering time and a standard held over years. If what you need is to run a site at the lowest possible cost, a standard offer will serve you better, and we will say so plainly at the first conversation.
A question that is not here?
Ask it. We answer even when the answer is “this is not for us” — often the more useful of the two.
