We run few sites, and we know them well. Here is where your data lives, on what hardware, under what protection, and what we undertake to hold.
Our sites
Three private suites, all in France
We do not rent capacity as needs arise. We run three suites reserved for us, inside certified data centres on French soil.
Primary site
Lyon
Production
A 120 m² private suite. 2N redundant power, two generators, free cooling for much of the year. Named entry, a two-factor airlock, and video retained for 90 days.
Secondary site
Paris
Replica and failover
Continuous asynchronous replication of critical platforms, with a maximum observed lag of 45 seconds. Built to carry production on its own, and tested twice a year on a real failover.
Archive site
Bordeaux
Long-term backups
Cold storage isolated from the production network, for backups and records of lasting value. Copies are immutable: nothing can be deleted before its retention period ends.
Our three suites are run to the “Socle Français, level 3” framework and the “Empreinte Basse EB-3” energy efficiency scheme. Annual audit reports are given to our clients on request.
Hardware
Chosen to last, not to look good on a spec sheet
We never buy the newest generation. We wait for firmware to settle, then fit our suites with machines whose faults we know.
- Generation
- Always n-1. Firmware has settled, the failure modes are known, the fixes exist.
- Storage
- Mirrored NVMe, with disks from different batches and sources so they do not fail together.
- Memory
- ECC only, watched continuously and replaced at the first corrected error that is not isolated.
- Spares
- Stock held on every site, sized to cover 5% of the fleet. Hardware replaced within 4 hours.
- Service life
- Six years in production, then refurbishment and resale. No machine is destroyed early.
- Network
- Dual attachment to separate equipment, multi-carrier transit, no dependence on a single supplier.
Security and compliance
Few promises, a great many locks
Encryption
Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Keys are held apart from the data, on a separate site.
Separation
Every client has their own network segment. No lateral traffic is possible between two hosted platforms.
Access
Named accounts, mandatory two-factor authentication for our teams, no shared accounts, no standing access to production.
Logging
Every administrative action is logged and kept for 12 months on write-once storage.
Penetration testing
One external penetration test a year, by an independent firm. The summary goes to our clients on request.
Personal data
GDPR compliance, an external data protection officer, a records register kept current. No subcontracting outside the European Union.
Commitments
The SLA, with no asterisk
Our commitments are in the contract, along with the penalties that go with them. They are credited automatically, without you having to claim.

These commitments are our contractual floor. They can be strengthened case by case; they are never revised downwards mid-contract.
